Doggo WOD

We've gotten our workout on, now let's let the pups have their chance. We'll meet up and let the dogs run free and play til their heart's content on a Saturday in the Spring. (Only the dogs are allowed to workout - no humans). We'll send out more info soon.

Restore Physical Therapy

Located inside Fire For Effect, Dr. Victoria and her team of PT's, are experts at providing pain relief and comprehensive health care for any physical need. Her specialty is in Pelvic Floor health and Doula services.
