We include many different practices in all of our workouts. You'll see powerlifting techniques, gymnastic skills, strongman movements, as well as MetCon strength and cardio training. All of our coaches are certified trainers who will guide you through a warm-up, be next to you during the entire workout, and cool you down afterward. Our focus is on the form above all else. We want you to be safe and knowledgeable while you work out to give you the best results possible.
"DOUBLE TIME" HIIT CLASS
Are you looking to work on your cardio and do some strength training? Then this is the best option for you! Instead of committing to a full hour, you can pack in your workout in 30 minutes. It's high paced, fun, and constantly varied to keep on your toes!
Wanna do your own thing and lift heavy sh*t? Cool, we support this. You'd be a great fit for our Open Gym options. With this, you're able to come in whenever our doors are open to do your own workout on your own time. You can stay as long as you like, and use any of the equipment to get your sweat on.
