How much water should you drink every day? GREAT question. It does vary slightly from person to person, but a general rule is 62oz a day. It can change from the weather, your activity level, medications, etc.

 

Keep track of how much you are drinking with a measured water bottle to keep on you throughout the day. Continuously drink water all day instead of chugging a large amount all at once.
