We have educated coaches who care about each person in the class. They will be by your side to demonstrate movements, perfect your form, and keep you on track to meet your goals.
Make a Change
The classes are 1 hour long.
A coach will lead you through the warm up, workout, and the cool down. The workouts are different every single day. We stress SAFETY FIRST on all movements. All of the coaches are able to modify or alter movements to fit your personal needs.
You'll do cardio exercises, body weight movements, lifting barbells, and other odd objects. Every exercise is explained in detail, and monitored to prevent injuries.
The first part of the workout is a slow paced strength exercise, and then second half is a fast circuit workout of a few movements.
ie. Strength: 3 Deadlifts for 7 sets
Workout: 5 Rounds
1 Tire Flip
10 Push Ups
You get out of it what you put into it--but you'll never be in it alone.
You're going to work hard, find new strengths & abilities, and gain confidence in yourself inside and outside the gym. You'll surprise yourself at how much you're able to do.
